Sunday Sound Journey

Sound Bath Journey session with Alchemy Crystal Bowls (the majority of the sessions with be with these bowls), Gongs, and other healing instruments. 

Sound bath is an ancient practice that has been used for thousands of years and is known to have many benefits including alleviating insomnia, anxiety, depression, headaches and many other ailments (in conjunction with other treatments). Sound baths can get your energy field back in harmony by facilitating your body to rebalance and cleanse your energy at a cellular level.
