- What are the types of crystal bowls and it’s history. (In this course we will focus on alchemy crystal bowls but the methods can be sue to implement on other crystal bowls as well.)
- Basic history of sound healing
- How sound healing works.
- How to take care of your crystal bowls.
- How to play Alchemy crystal bowls: learning playing techniques.
- How to use crystal bowls for your space.
- How to use crystal healing for yourself and others: giving and receiving healing sessions.
- How Colours and notes of the bowls are related to chakra healing.
- How you can use alchemy crystal bowls to bring in abundance in life.
Practical exercises:
- Exercise1: how to connect to your bowls
- Exercise 2: practice playing a bowl to yourself
- Exercise 3: play for others in groups
